The home is brand new and has everything imaginable. I have ZERO complaints. The elevator was most helpful for my father-in-law. A dream vacation home.

Refreshing gather of the women in a beautiful home

We selected this property for our annual Women’s Retreat. The property was absolutely beautiful and we truly enjoyed our time. The only concerns were minor but still worth mentioning are that a few of the televisions in the property were not functioning properly on day 1 but they were addressed the next day. Also, we ended up having 27 participants and many had to take cold showers for the first night and the explanation given by maintenance was that “there are so many of you” but the occupancy listing shows for 32, so be prepared if you have a lot of people for this huge house. Maintenance did turn the water temperature up once we expressed the discomfort and it “did the trick”. This was a trip for 27 female participants and on the day before departure, one of the maintenance workers (male) walked in and up to the 1st floor unannounced; this was frightening for us and concerning because we did not hear a knock, door bell, verbal announcement—only saw him walking up the stairs. If by chance these things were done, maybe next time have someone contact the renter by phone and notify them that someone is trying to enter the home. We would definitely consider this property in the future.
