Well-appointed ocean front unit

Needs serious cleaning

I mainly rented this for the patios and beautiful views. The views were breathtakingly, but my daughter and I had to wipe down patio chairs and railings and broom down cobwebs to sit on it. Sticky handles on Refrigerator, pendent lights tons of dust, carpets are filthy. With some love it would be amazing again

Great place, great views!

The views were amazing! The balconies had not recently been used and had to be vacuumed and cleaned, but it was well worth it. Everything else was great. Actually had more room than I knew. 5 kids/teens can stsy in the room with the bunks and pull out single and two sets of parents for the other two rooms. Kitchen and living areas fully equipped and useable. Everything else (pool/hot tub) was shut down due to the early booking but we did not really care because we were right on the beach. I would go back for sure.

Beautiful place. Great quiet location

The furnishings and decor were lovely, spotlessly clean. Quit neighbors. Beautiful beach. Ongoing problem with the swipe cards was more than annoying. I just had a knee replacement and had to climb two stories since we the swipe cards didn't work, even after exchanging them twice. Year round owners say it is an ongoing problem. I couldnt text or make calls w my iphone due to week signal.

Not a sanctuary, just a dirty condo

Smelled like smoke and all the surfaces needed to be cleaned. There was grease on the table, and every surface had dust, fingerprints or gunk on them. Dishes in the cupboards needed to be cleaned before we used them because a lot of them were dirty. It wasn't vacuumed and the hard floors felt sandy. Master bed was ok, one side was harder and the other felt like it had broken springs. Kids said bunk beds were nice. Second king bed in other room they said was nice. I also wish it was clear that the pools were not open, my kids were bummed about that. Only one roll of toilet paper for each room and the toilet paper felt cheap. Wasn't nice toilet paper. We had to go out and buy more toilet paper because no one came to replace any. The staff at the office did their job well. I did have to call when we got to the property because it was still dirty and they did call the cleaners to come and vacuum and do a touchup clean but when the cleaners came they didn't have any cleaning products with them, only a vacuum and rag with water. I won't return to this property. Didn't meet my expectations and felt dirty.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

Great condo. Great location. Too many spiders.

Great area. Must drive to get most anywhere but the beach. We had to go tot he store and it was about 15-20 minutes away. Great place right on the beach. The view was fantastic.

I recommend the property. We went during the off season in April. Beach was not crowded. Perfect place. Decorated nicely too! The condo is really well equipped. The only snag was that we were given the wrong condo key. We had to call the emergency number to get the right key. It was a long day. Make sure you check your condo number and the key number.

Carpet was filthy and severly stained. Kitchen rug dirty. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Master bath toilet seat cracked all the way thru. Master bedroom light and fan did not work. Both patios very dirty. Patio furniture dirty, we had to clean to use. Would not rent this property again nor use vacasa. Should have used vrbo!!

The BEST!

This was the best rental we have EVER had in any location! Traveling with small children, 3y/o and 10 months, this condo had all the space and amenities we needed. The kitchen was so well stocked, plenty of room in every room for storage, full size washer/dryer... I could go on and on. TONS of hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels/wet bathing suits which is so amazing when you have little ones - or just multiple people sharing the space. Great location to get to the beach and pool quickly. Importantly, I want to give a shoutout to the cleaning crew because this space was also the cleanest we have ever encountered on arrival. I would definitely rent this space in Sandbridge again without hesitation.

Vacasa is HORRIBLY managed

Snorkster’s Dream was a beautiful condo - and the building had great amenities. We had a wonderful week at the beach, but I think the condo owners would be horrified at the way Vacasa is running this rental. Our unit was never cleaned for checkin - just a bag of clean linens left at the front door. I had 2 calls to Vacasa on Saturday, 3 on Sunday, and endless texts to them as well. They place you on long holds and then tell you someone will come to clean that day… but no one does. We ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the unit ourselves. My mother went to the local realty company when they opened on Monday - and eventually someone came out Monday night to “clean” the unit. Multiple people from Vacasa’s customer service line were not pleasant with us - and we met multiple families on the beach experiencing the same issues. It was really a shame and a stressor that no one wants to encounter during their one week of relaxation. I hope Vacasa will get a better handle of the management of this property.

NICE CONDO, BUT UNKEPT BY MANAGEMENT

There are two main reasons we are leaving an average review. The condo itself is a nice condo, but management who is taking care of the facility is not doing a good job. The condo was filthy, both inside and out on their balconies. It so needed a deep clean...windows and doors awful and haven't been washed in who knows how long, kitchen countertops were dirty, floors were dirty, refrigerator ice maker did not work, and we were not told that the main pool was out of service. They had two small pools serving the entire complex. They have let the outside go as well. One of the grills that we attempted to use "BLEW UP". We were lucky the lid was done or my brother-in-law could have been seriously injured.

This is an excellent home with all the amenities that you need, whether it’s during the summer fall or winter months this is an excellent place to stay. We enjoyed the oceanfront views and all of the beautiful sunrises!

Wonderful family getaway on the beach

Our family loved this 3 bedroom condo and our week in Virginia Beach! The check-in and check-out process was very easy and convenient. The grandkids loved the park adjacent to the condo, and it was a safe convenient place for parking an extra vehicle too. We hope to vacation in Virginia Beach and rent again!
