Summer Baycation | Waterfront | Private Pool, Hot Tub
Summer Baycation is sure to WOW you! Located on a peninsula on the bay, this house is surrounded by stunning water views on three sides! Baycation boasts a manicured lawn complete with gardens and a beautiful pool area. You will feel as if you are stepping into a Coastal Living magazine! A poolside cabana is a perfect place for entertaining with granite countertops, a mini fridge, a sink, and a TV. You can enjoy it poolside while taking in the water views alongside local waterfowl grazing along the banks. There is a large dock that offers a kayak launch for water activities (bring or rent your own kayaks), or you can just sit back and bask in the sunshine-filled natural beauty of Back Bay. Baycation's hot tub is located by the dock…imagine soaking in the hot tub, star gazing, and having the night calls of nature fill the air.
Inside, your guests will love the elegant décor paired with great water views from almost every room in the house! All bedrooms have water views as well as the living, dining, kitchen, and den. The top level has hardwood flooring in the living room and kitchen. Baycation's kitchen has a large island and bar with plenty of storage. The screened porch is also ready for meals al fresco! Bedrooms are tastefully appointed and have TVs plus water views. There is a garage set up for the kids with a ping pong/pool combo table and TV. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
