Annual pre memorial day vacation

Beautiful home. Spacious. Beds in the northern rooms were not comfortable although the rooms themselves were otherwise very nice. AC works but if you're looking to really cool the home down don't wait long, just open the windows. Kitchen was extremely nice and well equipped. GFCU fuse was blowing regularly. On our first day at the house there were a large number of bugs, type of fly actually, on the rear screens and windows. Not sure where they came from but after washing off the back of the home it seemed to get better. A very nice place to call home for a vacation.

Dreamy

Relaxing and the decor was so modern and beautiful. Everything you need is all there. All we needed to bring was some food and a few extra supplies and enjoy everything from the sunrise to easy beach access. Wifi was awesome and there was plenty enough room for our family. If we ever have a chance to visit Virginia again I hope this place will be available. I would love to come back and stay!

Beach paradise

Wonderful experience, this beach house was beautiful, like a home away from home. Paid attention to every detail. Right close to the beach , big beautiful windows facing the beach so you can see the ocean at every turn. Everything you need is in that kitchen. Bathrooms are beautiful and updated. Enough room for our family of 4 and for 13 others to come for dinner. Sunroom is a wonderful place to have breakfast and watch the ocean, the decks are a wonderful way to see the sunrise and sunset, grill was a great addition and every grill accessory you wil need for it. Beds were a bit on the firm side, and sunroom slider was difficult to lock and unlock but otherwise amazing in every way. We would rent this place again.

Good stuff was the Good Stuff

We were a family that included friends of 4 adults and 3 kids ages 9-11. This was an incredible stay. The property had enough space for the kids and adults. The rooms/bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The views were amazing and would love to come in the summer months. The only negative was the kitchen Oven doesn’t work well we tried our best not to eat out, and the house shakes assuming how the foundation sits on the sand when the wind blows but we got used to it. Also the management company responded quickly when we had questions. Overall, we will return if we get a chance “The Good Stuff lived up to his it’s Name!” The Green & Prak Family
