This is a well equipped 3 BR condo in the Sandridge section of VB. We enjoyed our stay spending most days on the beach. At night we mostly ventured to the main waterfront/boardwalk as there are more dining options there. However we found both nearby restaurants to be very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great beach condo

We loved staying in this apartment, a literal minute away from the beach. Everything was clean and well looked after. Kids loved the beach and the pools throughout the complex. Two restaurants right outside were also very handy and delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The property was beautiful and the area is a lovely mix of beaches and farms. The condo was clean updated and very spacious. The beach locker was well equipped for a day on the sand. The pools and beach we very easy to access which was great with younger kids.

Graduation Mini Vacation!!

My family of seven traveled to Sandbridge Beach to celebrate the graduation of our grandson from high school and added in a couple extra days for a mini vacation!! The property was wonderfully located! So many amenities I don’t think we used them all!! Communication from and with Karen was great and quick! We will definitely stay here again!!

Spacious and comfortable!

What a relaxing stay, lots of room for all of us to spread out and relax, and watching the sunsets at night was a treat. Karen was super helpful and responsive when we had an issue during our stay, she was a truly great host. The best part of sandbridge to stay, between the restaurant downstairs and across the street and the swim up bar for lunch you never have to drive once you arrive. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Amazing Sunset Views

We have stayed at the Sanctuary complex many times before, but this was by far the best view we’ve had over the bay. The sunsets were spectacular. The unit itself was clean and well-equipped steps from the elevator. We really enjoyed our home away from home for the week! Highly recommended

The place looks just like the pictures. It was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean! We loved watching the sunsets over the bay every night. Our host was fabulous! We had to contact her and she answered us immediately. She was extremely nice! It was great having a choice of pools and we enjoyed 2 out of the 3. I would definitely stay here again!

the condo is very clean updated and spacious The location is perfect a short walk to the beach and pool we tried all three pools The access to elevators was so convient The storage unit with beach chair was very helpful The view of the bay is beautiful and relaxing it was so nice watching the sunset . Excellent place to stay

Condo was very nice and clean. The amenities were nice but unfortunately the one pool closest to our condo was closed and the elevator by our condo didn’t work for several days. Both were no fault of the owner. The beach was very close by and the swim up bar was awesome to have! There are lifeguards right there for added comfort.

We brought way more than we needed. This place was well stocked and convenient for hanging out at the beach. My husband thought the attached restaurant had the best tacos he's ever had (and ate there 3 times!). The owner, Karen was readily available when I had any questions. Everything was great!

Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was very nice and was well equipped w/everything we may have needed during our stay. We got to see beautiful sunsets from our balcony in the evenings and we couldn’t of asked for any nicer weather while we were there. The condo was clean and ready for all our needs. Wonderful Stay

This condo is exactly how you see it on the VRBO site… and the sunsets are beautiful. This was the cleanest property that I have ever stayed in. I totally agree that if you are a cook, like me, you have just about everything you need to make your meals. I texted Karen a couple of times, and she responded immediately! I absolutely would stay here again, and would love to learn if Karen owns other properties! I cannot forget… the swim up cabana bar was closed, but the Mexican Restaurant made some very good drinks!
