「The pool was closed and didn’t use exercise room, so idk about that. Our room was not clean, hair on floor in bathroom, smoke detector hanging from ceiling, a person was LIVING in room beside us and would throw his trash bags out on lawn and had visitors throughout the night (loud). Toilet ran throughout the night, breakfast, if you like Sunny D and frozen breakfast sandwiches. The staff was understanding and apologetic. 「Room was clean and staff were friendly, bathroom was a bit tiny even from a hotel standpoint and even with do not disturb sign on door front desk staff called waking us up to see if we wanted housekeeping and was told no and with do not disturb sign still on door housekeeping knocked again asking if we wanted any service 」

「Not a very detailed cleaning. Sheets had a few hairs on it, as well as the tub. Just did not feel clean. Mirrors needed cleaning. Somewhat renovated but carpet pooy done. Smell of smoke in the hall, but not my non smoking room. Pitiful continental breakfast in my opinion.」
