"Good stay. Room was large and clean however it was next to elevator shafts that were noisy. They also charged an extra $28 for checking in 20 minutes early "

"I have a broken back everyone was very helpful as they could be the staff was so kind and helpful. My father inlaw has dementia and can be quite the pain, with questions and questions and I really appreciated the help and kindness they showed him. Thank you All "

"My stay was very short, and i didnt experience many of the available amenities. But the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room service was great."

"I do not recommend. Buffet was expensive and food wasn’t worth the price. Noticed a lot of other people leaving plates partially eaten and left to be taken. We had 2 rooms across the hall from each other and 3 people decided at 4 am that our doors were a good place to have a fight among each other banging on our doors and cursing and screaming. Called the front desk and they sent two security officers up and it quieted down until they left and they piped back up again. Then two left and emts showed up to access one of the three that was sitting against the door. Lasted over 2 hours. My kids were scared and we were wide awake after that. The room was extremely dusty. Visible particles in the air and on all surfaces. For a weekend we planned 2 months ago for our family. It was not relaxing or enjoyable. Staff wasn’t helpful with the situation either. Talked to manager and “there wasn’t much he could do”. As a family that doesn’t get away often and hoped for a good weekend together and experience the GSR and Reno…. It wasn’t worth it at all. "

"The condo was nice and very well kept. The host was quick responding and left very clear instructions. Tho only issues that i found with the property is that the mattresses were not comfortable. I ended up going to buy a foam topper to use for the second night. I recommend adding a foam topper to each and the stay would have been perfect. "

"This home is located in a nice area and was well stocked. We appreciate that there were several stores in restaurants, both within walking or driving distance and a nice walk and dog park just about a mile from the home. It was clean and comfortable, and well maintained. The only issue we had was with the gate/fence. Unfortunately, it needs to be finished or sanded as one of the guests tried to open the gate and ended up with about 10 splinters on the side of her hand. Thankfully, we did have tweezers with us and got most of them out the first night, but it was a lot of work and she was in a lot of discomfort. If it wasn’t for the issue with the gate, I would’ve given it five stars. "
