"We loved our stay for the few days we were at Wyndham! Don't get me wrong, it was not crazy fancy or anything. I would, however, say that we got exactly what we paid for. Everything was nice, staff were friendly, and the location was solid for us to spend time on the beach and doing activities around town! I'd definitely stay again for the price."

Hampton Inn Virginia Beach-Oceanfront South

"The rooms were clean, and the location was excellent—right on the beach! Our oceanfront room was amazing. We loved the balcony, and the beach and ocean views were absolutely beautiful. The area is very busy, but there are plenty of restaurants and food options within walking distance, along with lots of gift shops. You can also rent bikes to ride along the beach, which was a lot of fun. There were even fireworks on some nights, which was a nice bonus. There’s a Walgreens nearby if you need anything, and it’s also just a short drive to other stores and restaurants. At first, the staff didn’t seem very friendly, but once we spoke with them, they were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast, and the staff did a great job keeping everything stocked and refilling the stations. It does get crowded closer to the 10:00 AM closing time, so I recommend going earlier to avoid the crowds. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again!"
