「Clean and comfortable. Very nice accommodations. Checking in late was not straight forward but Praise God one of the residents knew who to call to get us connected with checking in. 「I think overall this is a great stay, it’s close enough to the city to be walkable but far enough that it feels removed from the very touristy area. The Residence Due Torro would definitely benefit from being small upgrades to specially the bathroom, linens, and ensuring there’s not ants. Be mindful that is it an older building but Italy itself is old, which personally enjoyed and it adds to the authenticity of the trip!」

「First of all, this is not a hotel. It is a bed and breakfast type place. It is in a hard to find area of old town Salerno. It was a very unique or different experience staying here for one night but Angelo went out of his way to make sure everything worked out well even securing us a taxi the following morning to the train station.
