Centrally located near dozens of restaurants and bars and vegetable markets in the mornings, the property was a short walk from the central train station and close to major sights. Breakfast was continental and provided by housekeeping each day, as opposed to the spread shown in the photos. But honestly it was delightful. We enjoyed the common space each morning before heading put for the day. This is a great base for exploring the area!」

「A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!」

「Nice location, around 20 mins walk to Leaning Tower and train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Although the shower is a bit tricky, either too hot or too cold, the overall experience was good. 」

「The location was exceptional, as it is right near the leaning tower. The receptionist was helpful by allowing us to leave our backpacks before check-in time. It is located above many restaurants. The room is clean and air conditioning is functioning well. However, the photo that advertised the place conveys the impression that our room has a frontal view of the leaning tower. 「Hotel is in a nice area - good to rest. Staff was nice but then suddenly someone in the restaurant just shouted “OUT” and pointed the door to us… we found it very rude and unprofessional, we were just trying to have dinner in the restaurant area :) A petty, because other people were being nice. Another issue is the rocks between the parking and the hotel, very hard to move your luggage and they don’t want you to park close - they got mad at me for this one as well」
