Amazing home in Visnjan

Villa Perlin is a modern and luxurious holiday house with pool located on the outskirts of the village Farini, about 10 km from the sea.

The house is located on a fully fenced garden of 1000 sqm and it offers to the guests a beautiful infinity pool of 32 sqm with a spacious sun deck, barbecue, covered dining table with chairs, 2 parking spaces and a beautiful view of nature.



The house has a capacity of 8 people, internal area of 160 sqm on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living area with an equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa, one double bedroom with private shower/toilet and a separate toilet. Upstairs we find 3 more double rooms, each with access to the balcony and its own shower/toilet. Two of the rooms have two single beds and one has a double bed.



Youth groups (younger than 25) are strictly forbidden! Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
