Só não fui informada via aplicativo que no ato da reserva deveria também via whatsapp reservar a vaga para garagem. E, nós chegamos mais tarde que o horário de check in e ainda tivemos tivemos que aguardar o quarto ser finalizado. Eu entendo que o período era da estadia era bem movimentado, então aguardamos. No último dia faltou água no banheiro, também."
