“Older building and amenities, but as expected for an accomodation in the Old Town. Location is what you are paying for here - just 1 min away from the Arch to enter the Old Town streets, amazing restaurants nearby and around the corner, and the place is tucked away in a quiet side street. About a 15-20 min walk from the Rovinj bus station.

L' appartamento al secondo piano con a fianco un altro ha tutto quanto si possa richiedere. Lavatrice, terrazzo dove si può anche pranzare e nel nostro caso visto il periodo anche il riscaldamento.
Ubicato in un quartiere residenziale molto silenzioso. Per arrivare in centro servono 5 minuti in macchina. Valuteremo un ritorno in questa struttura per l'estate!”

“We stayed at Alla Pescheria in Rovinj from Nov.19-20. The town was quiet during our visit, with many shops were closed, and the weather was rainy but mild. The building is old, but the rooms are modern and well-designed. Avior provided an electric vehicle upon arrival, and Manuel was very helpful, assisting with our luggage and navigating the steep, narrow stairs to the room. “Sehr netter und stets hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der darüber hinaus auch sehr gut Deutsch spricht.
Apartment war sehr geräumig, jeder hatte Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, sehr große und schöne Außenterrasse, ideal zum Frühstücken.
Pool war groß genug zum Abkühlen.
Parken direkt vor dem Haus, umbautes Gelände mit Zugangskontrolle war sehr angenehm.
Das Gelände ist etwas außerhalb, dadurch sehr ruhig gelegen, auch die naheliegende Straße war nicht störend, da sie nicht sonderlich stark befahren zu sein……
