Das Haus, in dem wir laut Belvilla wohnen würden, war nicht verfügbar. Glücklicherweise gab es im Park ein anderes Haus, das wir nutzen konnten. Die Rezeptionistin sagte mir, dass der Park Belvilla oft darüber informiert habe, dass die Informationen, die Belvilla über die Häuser in ihrem Park verbreitet, falsch seien. Leider hat Belvilla noch nichts damit gemacht, es werden weiterhin falsche Häuser/Fotos mit falschen Angaben zur Anzahl der Schlafzimmer verbreitet, wie wir erlebt haben.

Die Fotos auf der Website sind etwas irreführend, sie zeigen eine schöne Seitenansicht mit Balkon im 1. Stock. In unserem Haus nicht zu sehen. Die bestellte Bettwäsche war unvollständig und der Fernseher war sehr klein, eher wie ein Computerbildschirm. Schimmeliger Duschvorhang. Gartenmöbel sehr alt und der Grill noch voller Kippen und alter Holzkohle. Alles in allem kein schön ausgestattetes Haus. Eigentlich sehr unzufrieden, ich kann nichts anderes machen.
