Un endroit exceptionnel
Appartement spacieux et confortable, le charme en plus. Un grand coup de coeur pour la terrasse sous les arcades et la vue de la piscine.
Idéal pour se reposer et un très bon point de départ pour se balader dans une région magnifique. A deux coup de pédale de Volterra (en vélo électrique).
Propriétaire disponible et très sympathique.

Traumhafter Blick
Nachdem wir das Objekt gefunden hatten (das Navi hat es nicht, mit Maps hat’s funktioniert) wurden wir trotz der späten Stunde sehr freundlich empfangen. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Gastgeber sind super freundlich. Man kann beim sonnen am Pool den sensationellen Blick über die toskanische Landschaft genießen oder den Ort als guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen in die Toskana nutzen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

2-Zimmerwohnung Parterre mit Terrasse
Wir sind nun schon zum 5. Mal in der Villa Caggio und immer sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist ruhig, Aussicht schön, einfach typisch Toskana. Das Haus wurde liebevoll aus einer Ruine wieder aufgebaut in toskanischem Stil. Die Besitzerfamilie ist sehr liebenswert und wenn nötig hilfsbereit. Wer die Ruhe liebt ist dieses Haus absolut zu empfehlen.

Urlaub in Volterra - Toskana
Wir haben uns im Feriendomizil und in Volterra sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war angenehm, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die überdachte Terrasse mit dem Eßtisch angenehm, selbst bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad. Es weht in der Regel ein beständiger Wind, der die hohen Temperaturen erträglich machte. Der Pool mit der schönen Aussicht sorgte für zusätzliche Abkühlung. Leider kann man in der Gegend weder vernünftig wandern noch, eventuell abgesehen von Mountainbikern, Fahrrad fahren. Dafür ist es zu steil und die Nebenstraßen sind in der Regel eng oder Schotterpisten. Selbst nach Volterra hinein ist das Auto notwendig. Auch für Ausflugsfahrten ist aufgrund der Straßenverhältnisse mehr Zeit einzuplanen als es die reinen Entfernungskilometer vermuten lassen. Trotz allem hat uns der Urlaub bei den netten und sehr aufmerksamen Vermieter (wohnen im selben Haus) gut gefallen.

Wir sind nun das 5. Mal in der Villa Caggio und einfach nur glücklich dort unsere Ferien zu verbringen. Die Freundschaft zwischen der Familie und uns ist sehr herzlich und wir haben Kontakt das ganze Jahr.

Villa Caggio - unser Ferienort
Zum 4. Mal ist dieser romantische Ort unser zweites zu Hause. Mit allem sind wir ausserordentlich zufrieden und haben mit den Besitzern ein sehr gutes und freundschaftliches Verhältnis. Wir werden wieder buchen.

Posto fantastico
Località splendida, posti bellissimi da visitare e in meno di un'ora al mare; casa molto curata e pulita, zona sempre ventilata nonostante il caldo elevato dei dintorni, piscina sfruttabilissima e proprietari molto carini e disponibili con due ragazzini davvero speciali! Noi torneremo sicuramente, a presto!

Toskana wie im Bilderbuch
Der Blick von der Terasse in die Landschaft (und in den Sternenhimmel) war wunderbar. Die Vermieterin und ihre beiden Söhne sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft und Einrichtung waren hervorragend. Es fehlte uns an nichts.Auch der Pool war sauber und erfrischend. Liegestühle standen immer zur Verfügung. Die Anlage war auch von der Familie genutzt genutzt und gepflegt. Wir fühlten uns nie gestört und bedauerten nur, dass wir uns mit der Vermieterin nicht auf italienisch unterhalten konnten

2–Zimmerwohnung, sauber, gut eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Ruhig gelegen, abseits von Strassenlärm, Swimmingpool im Grünen, perfekt für uns. Freundliche Vermieter, unproblematisch. Reisetipps: Die Toscana mit Volterra ist hügelig mit kurvenreichen Strassen und Zufahrten. Genau so, wie es sein muss. Die Entfernung zum Mittelmeer ist doch ca. 60 km nach Cecina, für Badefreudige ideal. Die Weingegend um Bolgherie ist verheerend schön. Das wahre Italien. Einziger in Kauf zu nehmender Nachteil, der fast tägliche Wind.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit d...
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der netten Familie, die das Anwesen betreut. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Das Nötigste ist da, aber wenn man mal gemeinsam kocht wäre ein zweites scharfes Messer hilfreich. Schälmesser oder Rührgerät wären auch gut.
