“The property is beautiful, and the staff is exceptional. Since our flight didn't depart until the evening, they kindly let us stay in the room longer. The breakfast was the best we experienced in SA. We also enjoyed walking around the property and meeting the horses. I highly recommend this place.”

“The setting of the hotel is lovely with great views in every direction. The property is more homely than high quality and although the people serving were lovely, it lacked the quality and finesse that we have seen elsewhere in SA eg Lanzerac and Raddisson Cape Town. The service at dinner was warm and welcoming but the foot was ordinary. The rare steak I ordered was medium to well done. I’d suggest the property is due for a refurbishment as in places our room looked tired. Location 5 stars;……
