"The room is clean but nothing special, the only attraction was that it is NEW, nothing special. The room was advertised with a "SEPARATE Bath & shower... but they are combined & there is no shower curtain to contain the water. There is NO plumbing of the bath, the bath water drains out onto the floor....very bad design...! fountain shower head is ok, but the hand held shower head does NOT work...! I did not use the pool, but i saw it, an the pool area is very cramped. The photos of the pool are manipulated and very deceiving. Location is ok, central to most of my activities & 20 to 30 minutes walk to both of the beaches. I did not like this hotel, they did not supply coffee, they not provide room cleaning, this is a 2 star hotel...!! Definitely not worthy of it's advertised rating. I won't be back...!! Even if it were the only hotel with rooms available, i won't use it again...!"

"The good stuff - transfer from HCM, polite and helpful staff, great selection at breakfast, beach across the road, a well-equipped gym and a lovely rooftop pool. The not so good - huge influx of families on Friday evening so over the weekend there were children running up and down corridors, late at night and early morming. There also seems to be a design issue with the balcony railings. When it's very windy they vibrate and make a terrible noise - it's like being in a wind tunnel. When I spoke to reception about it, they offered me earbuds. "
