「The secret house is in a great location, quiet and away from the bustle of the market. A 10/15 min walk to the fort. Breakfasts and dinners provided by the the staff were very nice. Customer service was excellent I cant recommend the Secret house enough for a relaxed, clean and quiet time. 」

「Staff was so so. The room heater was useless for a January cold day. Breakfast was absolutely ZERO for the price so we skipped it. Hotel is pricey. will not stay here again as the surrounding is dirty. Don't get fooled by the pictures」

「It is a very beautiful location. The view is excellent. The hotel is a historical building. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. The cost of the rooms are very reasonable. There is an outdoor swimming pool as well. 」

「整體來說很棒，外觀很精緻，房間內乾淨整齊。管家Aki就像朋友一般隨時提供旅行建議、路線，碰巧遇到對面婚禮，管家也很熱心陪我進去一起慶祝。飯店離城堡一小段距離，散步過去大約20分鐘，還算可以接受的距離。」
