「First room smelt of chemicals. Got moved. Second room had mould on walls and ceilings, some of the furniture tired and very dusty. Windows filthy, no offer of a further bed cover despite it being cold in the evenings, just a cotton throw was available. Pool not open or cleaned. The public areas needed cleaning and painting and some maintenance」

「I booked Jasmine Elite because it had a full spa and it is rare to find that in combination with a great price. Not only the apartment was super spacious, the steam room was the hottest I ever had, but also staff was very nice and helpful. It was within walking distance to downtown and supermarket. 「We had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful & clean with lots of places to lounge about. The room was lovely & spacious with an incredible view from the balcony. The buffet had a wide selection of food each night. Bear in mind if you travel at this time, some of the à la carte restaurants weren’t open for the first few days due to low season. Highly recommend overall and will definitely come back 」
