"I used to stay there a lot. At some point the beds got worse and they started using microfiber bed sheets. They feel gross. My room had a side table awkwardly place where a sofa should be. I probably won't stay there again."

"Check in was a nightmare. When we arrived, the person on duty could not log into the computer because her password had expired. We had to wait until she could locate another staff member who needed to be woke up to check us in. We then got assigned to a wrong type of room. We paid extra for a 2 queen bed room and was assigned a king bed room. We got reassigned to another room but discovered upon entering it that it was already occupied by another guest. That was traumatizing for all of us. The third room that we were assigned appeared unused for a long time as there were stains/rings in the toilet. It should have been cleaned again. But we were too tired to get yet another room. The breakfast foods (rolls) did not appear fresh as they were dry and hard. Coffee was unavailable on the.2 days that we attempted to eat there. The fitness center did not have towels in them and the water jug was not hooked up so was unusable. We would not recommend this hotel to other travelers."

"Super clean and staff was very friendly. Huge walk in closet in room! Quiet area across from large Mall. Didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on that. Only thing we thought was strange was the placement of the TV in the room. It is between the sitting area and the bed area. "

"Breakfast choices were excellent, staff friendly and responded to our issues. plunger stuck in the close mode, water pressure not great in the shower, shower head did not seat well in the pole that holds the handheld shower head, and the water efficiency toilet was slow to refill and flushed poorly. We didn’t really like the TV remote control, difficult to understand for seniors. Bed was comfy, automated opaque shades and blockout shade was wonderful. The full-size refrigerator was terrific. We also appreciated the opportunity to recycle in a separate discard bin within the room. Nice designed suite with bedroom separated from livingroom with pass thru door for the bathroom with access from kitchen area and bedroom."

"Definitely need to supply more then 2 small towels in the bathroom. Had to ask for a couple more at front desk the same night we checked in."

"If you are on the brink of bankruptcy but you still want to come visit the usaf museum, this is the place for you. There was no house keeping , no hair dryer, and no shampoo, the wall is so thin I heard the fart sound from next room. Like the old saying, you get what you pay for."
