Amazing Home
This home was beautiful, clean, and located close to many Waco activities. Check in process was very simple and the home was very accomadating for our 3 night stay. Although we had 4 adults on our trip, this home would be great for familes with children as well.

Squirrels
We came here with friends to catch a game at the new basketball stadium. The check in process was great. The house was clean except when we got into the bedrooms. There were ventilation, dirt and other misc. stuff that was on the floors and on the beds from the vents. Well around 3 am that night our friends heard something scurrying around in the walls and couldn't sleep. I called the manager that morning and she said they had had a squirrel problem. Didn't try to give us money back or really apologize for the mess or our friends not being able to sleep. And they had said they've been dealing with it before. I felt like good customer service could have been giving us some money back or act a little more empathetic to a problem they knew about.

Christina, I reached out to you on 2/7/24 and have not heard anything back from you yet to try to issue you a partial refund. My apologies for any inconvenience you may have had. I was not aware of any debris that was around the vent, I would assume that was due to the squirrel removal process that occurred prior to your arrival. Please understand that sometimes issues due arise (especially nature) that are out of the hosts control and communication is key in receiving a refund. You said it was no problem at all and you just wanted to let me be aware.

Wonderful stay at the Brick House
We had a great visit at the Brick House celebrating my mother's milestone birthday with my sister. Perfect size for the 3 of us, clean and comfortable. It was centrally located to all the Magnolia and Waco activities. Thanks again for a wonderful and memorable stay!

A Great Magnolia Stay Place
House was amazing. If you're going to Waco for Magnolia events/activities, this is a great house. Plenty of room and owner more than accommodating. Great communications. Only negative was loft upstairs very hot in summer time. Not sure there's air conditioning to that area.

Beautiful Home
The property was close to restaurants, shopping and Baylor. Far enough away that you didn’t hear traffic and had a cozy neighborhood feel. Would stay there again.

Losing it's charm
This property owner is trying to bank on the attraction of Fixer Upper, as expected, but has put very little upkeep and effort into the property. A musty smell hits you as soon as you open the front door. The windows all contained huge cobwebs and the shower curtain is stained because the liner isn't long enough to keep it from getting wet. The property sleeps 6 but there were only TWO wash clothes in the entire home. The window in the bathroom does not contain a blind, only a sheer white curtain. We had to rig bath towels up to the window as the neighbors window is very close. Every container of hand soap had so much water added to it that you couldn't make suds. We had to go to Wal-Mart and buy wash clothes and hand soap. To be fair, we didn't contact the property manager, but we shouldn't have had to for these items. The house is cute and we had a good time in Waco, but the charm will wear out very quickly for this property if someone doesn't take care of it soon. We wouldn't stay a second time.

Girls Trip to the Silos
The property was just as pictured in the listing! It had everything that you could need. About the only thing I would say is that they could put shades on the windows in the loft bedroom as it was 109 degrees during our stay and the sun was beating in through the windows making it very hot. There was a fan and A/C to help cool it down but I think it would be a great help to have a shade and also for privacy. Other than that, absolutely perfect for our needs! Super close to the Silos and everywhere we wanted to go in Waco! Host was super responsive when I needed to reach out to her. Overall, excellent on all points and would definitely stay here on my next stay in Waco!

Great place to stay visiting Magnolia Farms
We enjoyed our 1 night stay when we visited Magnolia Farms. Super easy to get to and no problems checking in! The place wasn’t clean when we first got there but the owner quickly responded and got a maid there to clean the place and even gave us some money for dinner for our troubles. Would definitely stay there again!!

Little disappointing
I have to agree with a review I recently read—could have been a little cleaner. Would like to have had shampoo etc in bathroom. Appearance when driving up not welcoming. Was comfortable enough but not over the top.

The Brick House
The lack of landscaping maintenance, the empty front porch planters (one was filled with stagnant water) and the dirty front door made the home appear unwelcoming. All of the windows were filthy and had an abundance of cobwebs. The homeowner is capitalizing on this property based on the first-floor renovation by Chip and Joanna which was well done. The Gaines’ attention to detail is flawless. Not so much by the current owner. The cleanliness of the home has deteriorated. Black hair from previous renter was everywhere. Crumbs were on the dining room table and runner. The microwave was not cleaned. A used pod was left in the Keurig. The upstairs shower had not been cleaned – black hair in it and the lower portion of the shower had not been thoroughly scoured for quite some time. There was only one wine glass and a butcher knife available to use. Plates in the cupboard were wet. The outside trash containers were full and “ripe”. The side gate is open so receiving a code for it is unnecessary as it appears to be non-functional. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy. We did request the services from the Waco police department for a safety issue. Rhiannon Fountain does not provide a phone number or an email address for communication purposes. It is unfortunate this homeowner is not maintaining the standard of a Premier Host. A better cleaning person/company is highly suggested.

Needed a nice shelf in both bathrooms and a shade on the window in downstairs bathroom. It would have been nice to have a list of good restaurants, things to do, directions for the TV, etc. We didn't have any soap! It would be nice to include soap, small bottles of shampoo and conditioner, etc. Tables in TV room are very wobbly. A TV upstairs would be nice too. We loved staying in your cute house. Loved the kitchen. Thanks!

Need written instructions for using TV. Upstairs need small table or shelves in the bathroom to put personal items on. Need tables away from dormers to put suitcases on. Everyone loved the beds.

Fun time in Waco
We loved the house and it was central to everything. The host had purchased a blow dryer which was appreciated. We wish there had been some steak knives included with the utensils. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Great place to stay when visiting Waco
Cute and clean. So fun to stay in a home renovated by Joanna and Chip when visiting the silos. The location is great, just a short drive to pretty much everything. You are in the city so expect all the usual traffic noise, dogs barking, sirens, etc. We enjoyed our stay.

Anniversary Stay
Everything was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Our only two recommendations would be to please place a privacy curtain in downstairs bathroom window (the current one is literally see through lace) and stock more paper goods in bathrooms. Overall, it was a pleasant experience:)

Great house in a convenient location
The house was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The owner supplied plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and other common items you might need. My daughter has always wanted to stay in a house that was renovated by Chip and Joanna Gaines, so she could not have been happier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and visited all of the Magnolia stores at the Silos, which were very close to the house. Our children enjoyed playing ball in the backyard area. Overall, we had a great stay and do not have any negative things to say about the property. We would definitely recommend it.

The house was just as described. It was immaculate and very comfortable. We hadn’t taken into consideration that the places we wanted to see in Waco would be closed on a Sunday so we had a lovely time relaxing in the home and catching up on laundry. Would definitely stay there again.

Memorable 20-year anniversary trip. Highly recommend this property!
My wife and I spent our 20-year anniversary here. Check-in was super easy. Property was convenient to all of the Waco attractions. We were within a 10-minute or less drive to Magnolia, dining, and shopping. Property was spotless. The property has been well-kept since the Fixer-Upper episode. Everything looked brand-new. All appliances and the A/C worked well. Furniture was comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. Obviously everything was beautifully decorated with the Magnolia touches. I highly recommend this property! We would not hesitate to book this property again.

Perfect Place to Stay
We loved everything about staying at the Brick House! It was clean, comfortable, true to the pictures and except for a couple of furniture pieces, just like we saw on Fixer Upper. The couches and beds are cozy, the AC is cold, and the proximity to everything Waco has to offer was terrific. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Magnolia Brick house
Well decorated! Loved knowing that Chip and Joanna remodeled the house. But… there were cobwebs in corners, no extra garbage bags, kitchen floor was filthy. The wood floor was only mopped in the traffic area. The white furniture they have in the homes Master Bedroom was dirty, couldn’t use it. The management company needs to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the property.

The house was exactly as pictured and expected. It made the experience even more dreamy to actually stay in a Fixer Upper house - unfortunately we were caught in the ice storm but we’re able to relax and bunker down like the rest of Waco because of the comfort and safe home Rhiannon maintains. Cozy and comfortable close to everything
charming tudor style home. Bright and cheerful. Beds were so comfortable I didn't want to leave. Could use a few more kitchen items since we wanted to cook in a Joanna designed kitchen. Be aware that the second floor has the other full bathroom. This bathroom and shower are very small! If you have taller members in your group they wont fit into the shower!

Magnolia getaway short but sweet
Met the expectations of the write up. Very comfortable and cozy but plenty of room for 5 adult women to sleep and move around. We enjoyed watching the episode of the Brick House on Fixer Upper. For those wanting to do that, hint- it is no longer on Hulu so we found the only way to watch was a on a device instead of the TV and downloading the Discovery Plus app. There is a free trial if you don’t have a subscription. The manager of the house had excellent customer service when we had questions and then left something behind Highly recommend.

Cozy home and location
This house was perfect for our gathering. We were in Waco to celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday and it was located near all the attractions we wanted to see and do in Waco. The neighborhood provided good streets to walk on for our daily exercise. The beds were comfortable and the living space was just right. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions and resolved any issues we had in a timely manner. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to the Waco area.
