My husband and I stayed here for our 5th year anniversary and we absolutely loved it! Great location, the place was pretty cozy and super clean. Mr. Jim, the owner, was super nice and very helpful so that’s always a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

This property is the cutest building in Waco! Jim has done an AMAZING job and each one of his lofts is so unique & decorated beautifully. Joanna Gaines has nothing on this designer! The building is in a perfect location, has a lovely pool and all the amenities of a boutique hotel, but better. There is also a lovely little wine bar across the street that replaces the hotel bar you might be missing with the nicest staff and very cute boutiques within walking distance for those looking to shop—-Adorn was our favorite. Our mother/daughter weekend was so special in the darling “Tuna Loft” and we plan to recommend this place to everyone we know who plans to visit Waco!!!!

Perfect Location...Perfect Loft

Jim the property manager was amazing we booked with communication at each step. If you have a problem with a property manager that treats you like a family member, Jim is not for you...I like him better than most of my brothers:) Loft was so nicely done. no complaints at all, and the location was in a great part of Waco...walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Perfect location

The loft was exactly what we were looking for on our trip to Waco. It had a cool, hip vibe and the location could not be beat. There was garage parking which was an added bonus as we were moving our daughter out of her dorm and had many valuables in the van. The trip back and forth to Baylor was very easy and lots of restaurants were within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Green Door lofts - Tuna loft Waco, TX

The owner/host was phenomenal, he had a book with recommendations on dining, shopping and more. His mom made us a homemade treat waiting for us to enjoy. It was super clean with fun decor, in walking distance from many of the activities we went there to do. Has a heated pool, wonderful lounging area. Very secure, code only doors. I would definently stay there again and recommend it to anyone just wanting to stay and chill or see all the Magnolia stuff and all that Waco has to offer. Don't forget to go to the Dr. Pepper Museum and the Texas Ranger Museum, they were both worth seeing.

We chose Green Door apartments for a girl's weekend getaway and loved it! We stayed in the Tuna Loft and the pictures matched exactly what the loft looked like. It was beautiful. Jim is a great host. We were welcomed by a delicious coffee cake made by Jim's mom. It was delicous! A supply of coffee and filters were provided, along with dishwasher detergent and detergent for the washer. You did not need to run and purchase those necessities as you usually do in other rentals. We also enjoyed the pool and outdoor lofted patio overlooking the street. The location of the apartment is blocks from the Silos, restaurants, bars and shopping. We had a great night enjoying live music outdoors at the Backyard Stage, Bar & Grill. SO FUN!! All within walking distance. Jim, thanks for the hospitality and we will definitely be back!

Attention to Details

We were lucky to have found the Green Door Lofts during our stay in Waco. It was the center of all our explorations. We were able to walk to great foods and the Silos, bike to Cameron Park and have a short drive to visit Baylor for a college tour. Everything that we needed for a wonderful stay was available in the stunning lofts. We loved the comfortable beds, soft sheets and homemade coffee cake ! We will make this our go to place on our next visit. Thanks again Jim !
