Power was out when we arrived, road construction on two main roads to hotel. Staff was helpful and apologized for inconvenience. Would have been nice to get a comp.

Short stay for the solar eclipse but would definitely stay again. Our room was like a studio apartment. Kitchenette is very nice. Amazing staff. No complaints.

They were wonderful. The staff deserves a 10 star rating. They were soo beyond great. The breakfast offering was all fresh and delicious. I can not give enough praise to the staff and management of this well run Inn. I will stay again if ever in the area. My stay was 22 days in a studio suite and it felt like home.

The hotel is dirty and old. The rugs are dirty and smelly. They clean the room every 2 days so when you get back from work the room is not clean. I dont recommend this hotel. The location is in a poor area with no access to restaurants and walking around is dangerous.

First time staying here and will be back. Love the spacious rooms. Clean and have every convenience such as small kitchen, ice maker, etc. We like to spread out so this worked great for us. Near silos and Baylor and surrounding area is getting quite the facelift.

The property is somewhat dated. However, the rooms were spotless. Parking was a bit challenging as I arrived during a nearby basketball game and the roads around the hotel were closed. Breakfast was superior compared to the somewhat limited breakfasts in comparable hotels

For a below knee amputee this was the first bath/shower that felt safe. Sturdy bench and solid hand rails.

While there was nothing to nitpick about the hotel inside for the price it was very disappointing not to have any awning or car port to load and unload. It was raining and there is no covering at all and 30+ feet to get to closest parking lot curb. I got soaked and all of my stuff got soaked (40 degree rain). This is a huge oversight for the property and they need to remedy it. And despite this they wanted a $3 parking lot fee for an unimproved parking lot.

Had the 2 bedroom suite. Was very clean and both bedrooms had an ensuite. Lovely property grounds, parking very close. Efficient and very friendly staff. Breakfast and coffee were delicious!! Would definitely stay there again

Where are the normal sized pillows!
Great place. All ok. Pillows not so great 2 small square pillows each, a gap between the mattress and the headboard meant they kept disappearing. No extras on the closet. I had to roll up my hoodie to supplement these pathetic pillows. Shame really! Also didn't realize the crazy Road construction going on outside. Nosiey, and dusty. We were lucky our room was away from the construction work so no noise. My service dog enjoyed her stay!

We booked the hotel because it is within close proximity to Magnolia Market. Though when we came in, there is construction within the area so some roads are narrower than others. Customer service is excellent. The building and the rooms are outdated (would be nice to renovate it!). Other than that our stay was good!

The room was very run down. The bathroom fan did not work, the walls were dirty and paint was scratched off doors. I asked them to vacuum the room bc there was several dead crickets and they never did. I also asked for them to fix the fan and that did not happen either.

Visiting All things Magnolia for the first time. Was hoping the hotel was a bit closer to Magnolia but it was manageable for two older ladies but we ended up driving there for stage event on Sat.

Older hotel but clean, dark rooms but I like that. Close to Silos about ten minute walk. Try the Twisted Root burgers around the corner otherwise most dining you need to drive.

We were welcomed with a friendly staff when we arrived, he was very nice. He did not suggest for us to walk from our hotel to Magnolia because of some homeless people around the area. I really appreciated it but was a little disappointed to hear it. At that time the street in front of the hotel was under construction but you cannot hear the noise inside our room. The indoor pool was cold. We had a towel in our room that had holes and rips. I took a picture of it, that was disappointing to see for having to pay for a Marriott property. The breakfast was good, had a lot of selections and the dining area/lobby was nice and clean. It needed more curb appeal in the courtyard area. This hotel is a great location for visitors that would like to see Magnolia market and silos..It is very close to the brazos river, suspension bridge, texas ranger hall museum, Dr Pepper museum and a lot of restaurants.

They charged a sur charge for parking of $20 after you already paid for room and checked it. Exterior door keys never worked all 4 keys. Terrible noise and dust in area from all the construction all around hotel.

Entire hotel needs a remodel, very run down. Room 112, 2 bdrm-2 bath was dirty, ripped carpet, very worn furniture, dripping tub faucet. There’s a train that blows its horn right outside the hotel every hour beginning at 4 am- midnight. This property is well beneath the Marriott name.

Really enjoyed our stay. We had a king room that had a spacious living area with couch and mini kitchen. Upon check-in we were given complimentary bottles of water. We arrived during their happy hour and there were bottles/cans of beer and bags of chips, and cookies available for the taking. Breakfast has good hot options, an oatmeal bar and cereal. My only complaint is that the indoor pool room is really hot. It appears as though there's no heating/cooling in the room. My daughter wanted to swim, and I just wanted to chaperone, but I couldn't bear to stay in the room clothed more than 10 minutes. It's just way too hot, more so than even an indoor water park.

Great Customer Service
Excellent customer service. My husband was arriving earlier and they were willing to accommodate him with an early check-in, not a problem at all. Last week we stayed at another hotel, and they were not so customer friendly. Thanks Residence Inn Waco!
