You will be emailed a digital welcome LINK with area information 7 days before your stay, complete with popular places to see, favorite restaurants and things to do in Waco.
On the day of your arrival, you will receive a TEXT message and an EMAIL with access information at 1:00 pm Central Time for your vacation rental. This is self check in property at 3 p.m or after.

Absolutely, NO SMOKING inside the home or within 25 feet of any exterior doors. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500.00 fee for odor removal, including duct cleaning, furniture, bedspread and carpet cleaning.
