Wonderful Condo

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. We always stay at this building when we come to Maui. It is clean, quiet, well maintained, and easy access to everything. The Hasson’s were great hosts and have a beautiful condo. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Great Stay!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a week during our honeymoon and had a wonderful time! It was a quiet community with beautiful views!! Every day we saw sea turtles in the shallow water. First night we saw a pod of dolphins in the distance and were even told whales were swimming around in the bay later that week. The views were our favorite first thing in the morning before starting our day, place was clean, comfortable and homely. It was nice having laundry on site and the grills as both were bonuses we used. This was conveniently located and we found ourselves getting wherever we wanted within reasonable time. The staff was great at communicating as well which gave us ease with the whole process. Already wishing we were back!

Beautiful View of Maalaea Bay - Maalaea Kai 315

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Maalaea Kai #315 for 10 days in February 2023. Unit is nice and is well represented in the pictures and description. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay are great. View is beautiful and saw lots of whale activity in bay (which is a big reason we were there). Appreciated the air conditioning in the mid-afternoon; otherwise, had nice breezes through the unit. Lanai chairs are comfortable. EZ chair recliner in living room is super comfortable (it's a power lift chair too). Beach chairs and toys are available in the large kitchen area closet (laundry basket and ice cooler too). Pool, BBQs and landscaping are all very nice and very well kept. Beach a few blocks to the east is not crowded (perhaps overlooked by tourists) and very nice for walks (or jogs) (over a mile long). This location on Maui seems to often be windy. Property manager was super responsive when we had an issue on arrival and worked to correct the issue as quickly as possible. Would recommend the property manager. Would recommend this unit to friends.
