Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer fantastischen Lage. Der Blick von der Terrasse bzw. vom vollverglasten Wohnraum atemberaubend. Der Hausherr hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und in das Haus eingewiesen. Es war alles vorhanden, so wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Viele Ziele für Aktivitäten sind von dort gut zu erreichen. Zu bedenken ist, dass zu dem Mietpreis noch Strom, Gas und Wasser gesondert abgerechnet wird. So mussten wir (acht Personen) für vier Übernachtungen rund sechzig Euro noch dazu bezahlen. Die Sauna ist eine Infrarotsauna, die auf 65 Grad begrenzt ist. Bis sie aber diese Temperatur erreicht hat, muss man sehr, sehr viel Geduld haben.

Perfecte locatie , rustig gelegen en fantastisch zicht op de bossen , zeer mooie en ruime woning met alle hedendaags comfort. Tuin is volledig omheind wat ideaal is voor mensen met honden. Vriendelijke eigenaar en nederlandstalige assistente die de rondleiding verzorgt. Niet goedkoop maar zijn geld waard. Matras beneden is wel aan vervanging toe. Wij komen zeker terug.

Tolles Haus mit viel Möglichkeiten zu Outdoor - Aktivitäten

Sehr schönes und praktisch eingerichtetes Haus. Toller Blick auf die Eifel von Terrasse und aus dem Wohnzimmer durch die riesige Glasfassade. Tischtennis und Kicker im Keller . Nur wenige Minuten bis zu den Fahrrad- ind Wanderwegen. Nur die Sauna war viel zu kalt ( Infrarot heizt nur bis 65 Grad)

Sehr schönes Haus, schöne Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Wir waren mit 8 Personen und 3 Hunden dort, was vom Platz her in Ordnung war. Große Küche mit allem Drum und Dran. 3 Duschen, 1 in der Badewanne, daher für ältere Menschen nicht sehr praktisch. Auch die Sauna ist schön. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss muss ausgetauscht werden, sie hängt zu stark durch. Die Kosten für Strom/Gas, Öl/Wasser sind nicht allzu hoch, obwohl für Strom mehr verlangt wird, als in der Unterkunftskarte angegeben ist, also ist das ein bisschen verrückt. Der Garten ist vollständig eingezäunt und die Einfahrt ist mit einem Tor verschlossen, das für Hunde nicht zugänglich ist. Wunderschönes Waldgebiet, wunderbar zum Wandern.

Tolles Ferienhaus, sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet zwischen Moderne und Klassik, jedes Zimmer ein anderes Thema, Matratzen etwas weich... für diejenigen, die härtere Matratzen mögen, fantastische Aussicht, toll auch der Spielkeller mit ping pong Tisch, nette Gastgeber haben deutschsprachige bekannte mitgebracht, vielen Dank!

Villa tout confort, très bien située et au calme.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires qui avaient tout prévu dans les moindres détails, du papier toilette, des filtres à café... Bref, nous nous sommes de suite sentis comme chez nous. Villa très bien située et équipée. Très spacieuse. Parfait pour les chiens, terrain clôturé, même une gamelle. Les randonnées peuvent se faire dès la villa. Pas d'obligation de bouger la voiture. Friterie, bar resto proches de la villa. Endroit très calme. Je recommande vivement et nous y retournerons 😀

A 6 adultes et 3 jeunes enfants, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette belle maison. La vue est splendide et la maison très confortable avec assez d’espace pour profiter les uns des autres tout en gardant un confort individuel agréable. La maison est lumineuse et au calme. Seul le thermostat est un peu difficile à lire mais pour le reste, aucune mauvaise surprise à signaler. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et ce fut un plaisir de communiquer avec eux.

De woning heeft een fantastische ligging, het uirzicht is geweldig. Fijn is dat de tuin is afgezet zodat de hond vrij kan rondlopen. Ook met kleine kinderen is dit een ideale plek. De bedden zijn prima, er is genoeg sanitair voor een grote groep en in de keuken is alles aanwezig. Vriendelijk ontvangst. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving.

EIn sehr schönes und geräumiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung und einem traumhaften Blick in die Natur. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und man wird vom Vermieter bzw. einer sehr gut deutsch sprechenden Dame perfekt in die Unterkunft eingewiesen. Dank der großzügigen Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung in der Gegen, sowie im Garten/Keller (Tischtennis, Tischkicker), wird es auch bei schlechtem Wetter nicht langweilig. Lediglich die Matratzen könnten für große/schwere Personen härter sein.

Wij verbleven hier een weekend met 7 volwassenen en 2 kinderen .Het huis is gelegen in een doodlopende straat ,achter het huis is de skipiste van Ovifat ,dus zeer rustig gelegen , maar ook moeilijk te vinden met GPS.Ideaal gelegen om mooie wandelingen te maken .Wij hadden een weekend met veel zon , van de speelkamer en sauna hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt wegens tijd tekort .De tuin is omheind en veilig voor kids en hondje .In het huis is alles aanwezig,de meubels zijn antiek , mooi , maar daarom soms wat onhandig ,de zetels van het salon zijn aan vervanging toe .Meerwaarde is zeker de prettige verwelkoming van de huiseigenaar, hij gaf zeer veel uitleg .Prachtig uitzicht vanuit het huis .Kortom een aanrader !

Wij vonden het een heerlijk comfortabel huis. Groot genoeg voor 8 personen en op een heerlijk rustige plek met fantastisch uitzicht. Mooie afgesloten tuin dus de kinderen konden heerlijk buiten spelen. Mooie schone omgeving, ideaal om te wandelen of om te fietsen. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar.
