The staff were really kind, there were plenty of good amenities like coin laundry, water bottles in rooms, and breakfast buffet. The room I stayed at was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Clean and very nice hotel. One of the best that we have stayed at in Taiwan. Staff are adorable, helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the backyard cafe was delicious. You csn fill up your water at reception. Location is close to night market and some cute parks, and a large Carrefour, but that's about it. There are a lot of busses near by though, so it's easy to get around.

This is a 4-star hotel, according to Google Map. But the room is very small. The coffee packet is instant 3-in-1 (coffee, creamer & sugar, which I as a prediabetic cannot drink (or for people who prefer black coffee). The soundproof is not good, and we could hear noise through the wall. Many things at the breakfast buffet is lukewarm or cold. My friend took a meat bun and found the meat inside cold. On the plus side, there's an anti-slippery mat in the shower. This is my second time staying at the hotel. I most likely would try another hotel in Taizhong next time.

Dusty room, listing had a hot tub but it was a spa you had to pay for. They had a play area for the kids which is why we picked the hotel, but the main attraction ( motorized cars” was closed due to “maintenance issues”( i.e. the batteries caught fire) no hand soap so if you wanted to wash your hands ...
