「Our family of four had a great one night stay in a chalet. While the living area was cosy, it had everything we needed. It's located in a great spot not far from the caves and close to an excellent restaurant. 」

「The staff was nice but the room was filthy. Beds were terrible. You roll in to the middle. We had bugs crawling on the sheets in the bedrooms. Had to dust cobwebs above the bed. Killed multiple bugs inside after all windows and doors were closed. Reached out to management. They did offer to switch to a different room but it was late and would have been more difficult to move. We covered up with our clothes and did not use any bedding. A lot disappointed as we were looking forward to our stay on...

「The room was very musty and art decor on the walls had a layer of dust on them. Bed mattress was old and lumpy. We booked two nights but only stayed one. Would not recommend this and hopefully they'll refurbish the facility. 」

「It was definitely a unique stay. Just keep in mind that the deeper in the ship you go, the colder it gets. However, the duvet and blankets they provide are plenty warm, and there are extra heaters provided, plus some electric blankets I think. People complained about the diesel smell, while present, it faded away for me after a while, it wasn't overpowering or anything. 」
