「Very basic bed to sleep in prior to early morning flight. Tiny bathroom, small room, squeaky floor - this was not holiday accommodation but fine for what we needed.」

「Great little place to stay, very welcoming and excellent bar staff.」

「At check in staff member was kind enough to let us check in early. Room was nice and had everything we needed, smelled very fusty and damp though. Before booking, we checked food service times as we knew we would need to eat quite late, this was shown as 9pm on their website and hotel.com. we tried to order at half past 8 and were told kitchen was closed. Julie, the host, is very nice and knowledgable about the area, who also cooks a very good breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, very spacious bathroom with a lovely selection of toiletries. ...

「We had a great stay at The Mitre. Really friendly, helpful staff. Right next to the station and a short walk to the waterfront and town. Very comfortable room with everything that we needed.」
