「Beautiful condo-style space, delightful for two people and would be plenty comfortable and private for two couples. Well appointed kitchen, a gas fireplace, and stair down to the water. Super nice staff, easy check in and out; entrance is on a main street but the view makes it feel like a getaway. I wish we had time to stay longer!」

「The view was great but the windows were so dirty you couldn’t see it very well. The carpet needs shampooing. I took my shoes off at the door and by the end of the day in the room my feet were dirty.I wish there had been at least enough coffee for one pot a day but there was no coffee at all.」

「Was a perfect little condo for our beach trip. We slept great, the room has a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. Kids (7 and 9 yo) had fun sleeping out on the sleeper sofa in the living room. There was an extra trundle bed available for the kids too. Kitchen was very well stocked and easy to cook in. 「It really is just steps from the beach, the stairs down are right across the road. It is a bit of a trek back up, but it's a few minutes to historic nye beach if you can't do stairs!」

「We really enjoyed our stay! We didn’t get to see any sea lions from the balcony during our visit, but there were a few just down the street at the sea lion docks.The property is two separate condo units connected by a locked interior door. Since we rented both units, the host quickly provided the code so we could unlock it and enjoy the space as one large condo. Great communication and a wonderful stay! WiFi was kind of spotty downstairs but great upstairs!」

「We have been coming yearly to the Nye beach area and this was a charming condo. It was neat and was exactly as the pictures portrayed. We had a couple of minor problems. The blinds on the south side were stuck and we could not lower them at night and the toilet in the master bedroom was a bit faulty. But everything else was wonderful! The view of the ocean was gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year!」
