"Fantastic spot for a family gathering! The location was perfect, right by the beach. Lots of room for everyone to visit and enjoy themselves. We had fun playing ping pong, making sand castles on the beach, and hot tubbing. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a grill! Love this ..."

"No AC, has a heater. We slept with the balcony door open all night and the room got chilly but we enjoyed it a lot. Nice view of the ocean and theres a path to walk along the ocean. Very nice affordable stay amd Yachats has a lot of really cute shops and restaurants to enjoy yourself at."
