「Breakfast wasn't quite up to part with other HIE's I have stayed at and in general it could be a bit cleaner.」

「We had reserved two handicapped rooms with roll in showers. They had overbooked the amenities so only one room had the shower. It took us 20 minutes to check in because the gentleman was on the phone with a customer who was going week by week for rentals. Our room, 418, did not have a blackout curtain. There was dirt that was in the center of the floor in both rooms that could possibly have been from not changing the filters. 「The breakfast was less than ok. Nothing but 3 pieces of bread—no bagels or pastries and the biggest disappointment was no cinnamon rolls. We went to breakfast at 7:20 am. Also at that point no yogurt. The biscuits were not great either. Dry and hard. The room was great but breakfast not so much」

「Great place to stay. I stay with my elderly aunt and mother who both have mobility issues and there were no problems with the shower or the tub with the handicapped bars. Curtis checked us in and he was very helpful.」

「There is not much nice to say. The hotel smelled because so many people live there abd are coming all different kinds of food. No matter what door you exit the hotel through you get hit in the face with cigarette smoke. The people who live there are rude and act like you just walked into their home without an invitation. 「The hotel is beautiful but the service was not so good and it was not the fault of the staff. Many items in the restaurant were unavailable and I couldn’t even get a beer! Other than that I would probably give them another chance.」
