「Lovely apartment in a historic building, ideally located just outside the city centre, but within easy walking distance of all places of interest in York. Nice touch of leaving a bottle of bubbly in the fridge - a good sign that the hosts are attentive. The apartment itself is well furnished and equipped, and really does feel like a home from home. Overall, thoroughly recommended.」

Comfy double bed, the room had a coffee machine, kettle, fan and hairdryer. 32 inch TV suitable for room size. Complimentary breakfast more of a continental style but not fully. Teas, coffees, cereals, fruit, small selection of juices and toaster and microwave. Host was on hand to make hot drinks and toast, very hospitable and friendly. Guest are welcome to help...

The landlord, Qin, was very enthusiastic and helpful in solving our problems.
The property I stayed in was located on the first floor, right next to the reception.
The room wasn’t very big but was cozy and warm.
It had a bathtub with plenty of hot water available.
The Wi-Fi wasn’t lightning-fast, but it was sufficient—I even managed to host a phone meeting one morning.
