"Hotel didn't have power. Refused to refund. Stay away."

"Food? Nope Bar?- closed Breakfast?- not on Mondays. What the hell is that? Laundry?-better bring quarters they won’t make change and the machines don’t take cards. Walls paper thin. Rooms really tight. Bed so so pillows horrid. Never again. It was clean."

"The staff was excellent! Very, very friendly and personable!!! the people who work in the kitchen and dining area worked so hard to make sure everybody was happy! The gentleman making the omelettes was especially kind and helpful!!!!!"

"The room appeared to be under repair with unpainted drywall patches on multiple walls. A pile of hangers in a corner of the room. The floor was sticky, and the room had an odor that can't be described. We did not stay in the room."

"Was overbooked. Couldn’t get a room even though I paid. Also workers were not the politest. "

"Check-in was easy. They were extremely polite and very accommodating. The hotel is lovely. The room was clean. The sheets were super soft. The bed was very comfortable overall it was an excellent day."

"Our check-in instructions were easy to follow. Our host provided an immaculate home complete with front and back porches and backyard fire pit just as pictured. We had 6 adults staying and could have accommodated more. We had a small issue with the Internet when we arrived but our host was quick to respond and resolved the problem. If you enjoy walking, as we do, you'll find that you can leave your car parked and wander all over uptown Westerville. The Walk to our grandson's dorm on the Otterbein campus took a little less than 20 minutes (we're in our 70's so may be a little slow!).We'll definitely look this place up the next time we visit!"
