"Great little inn on the coast. The rooms are updated, the breakfast is good with real strong coffee. Ideally located in the sheltered cove that is great for kayaking. Also very close to the town. We loved our stay and are looking forward to our next visit."

"We did not expect this venue to be as nice as it was. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Huge shower, acceptable breakfast and nice location. This should be your base camp to visit Bath, Wiscasset, Brunswick, Freeport and even Portland."

"Steve, the owner, is an incredible host; communicative, helpful and just a happy, welcoming man. Property was beautiful with everything you need, including garden seating outside and a cozy, warm dining area. Would definitely stay here again and refer to friends."
Bluebird Ocean Point Inn

"You can’t beat an ocean view and every window in our room looked out onto the harbor. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The windows in the room were in need of maintenance and when the winds were 25 mph it led to chilly airflow. The bathroom shower has a half door design which we found allowed water to spray onto the floor. Overall you cannot beat the beauty of the location which was what we were looking for in an anniversary trip."

"The Fisherman's Wharf Inn was just as portrayed on the website and exactly what we were looking for—a chance to stay right on a working harbor, surrounded by wonderful places to eat and a charming little town to explore. When we first arrived, we enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the harbor, where one particularly photogenic fishing boat caught my eye and became the subject of a favorite snapshot. The front desk clerks were a wealth of knowledge about the town and the Inn—take their advice and visit Waves for breakfast. You won't be disappointed! Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for much of our stay, but we appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurant and still managed to wander through town between the raindrops."
