“We were parallel to Piccadilly near everything. The location is superb. The "back-picadilly" location might be off putting if you don't know Manchester layout. The lad showing us the flat was lovely Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area Room and facilities first class ”

“Unclean and a little run down. Did not even have a bed side lamp so not able to read my book without disturbing my partner. We didnt spend any time in the livingroom as the couch was dirty with lots of marks on it. Lots of rules and high safety deposit that were not informer about until after the cancellation day had past. They have the right to enter the appartment while youre there wirhout notification but anything that you loose while there, even in a safe, they will not be responsible for.……

“Very comfortable and spacious. Needs a bit of maintenance like the toilet where the cistern is faulty and the water continously keep running. The door handles for the main door are loose and almost dropping off plus a few more minor faults. ”

“The house was very clean, warm and comfortable. Richard very kindly let us leave later on New Year's Day and communication with him was excellent. We had a lovely stay and would recommend.”
