「Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine. Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you 」

「Enjoyed our stay, cottage is welcoming and attention to detail appreciated. Very clean and everything you need is thought of. Garden is nice and well kept. Only down side is having no parking, but owner has arranged parking at nearby water park, but this was a little problematic for us. There is quite a bit of road noise as it’s on a relatively busy road, but maybe we notice it more as we live in a very rural location with no traffic and are not used to it. But would def stay again, thank you....

「It was clean and well stocked. Hosts were very kind and friendly. Would go back and stay again in my next trip to the Uk」

「Property was nice enough, location good and the pub opposite was lovely. The company that run the property though are terrible. Sykes Cottages trying to scam us out of money for property damage that is unreasonable and without evidence. They send a message via their website that has no way of responding to except for Whatsapp. But no one monitors or replies via whatsapp. 」

「This property was basic but perfectly comfortable and in a stunning location! The lane to the property was very over geown and unfortunately my husbands car (which has low clearance) was unable to get down it. But the owner soon dorted an alternative for us. The neighbours ford focus had bo problems so i would say this wont be a problem for most! Access down to views over the estuary and walks from the house was great. No wifi but perfectly good signal for 4g - or a good excuse to go off grid....

「The cottage was beautiful, well equipped, comfy, cosy, well situated and an absolute gem! Go no further than Frinton Escapes! My first time and the cottage was ideal. Close to ALL amenities in a close, so quiet but everything on its doorstep. Great history behind it too. If you do t go, you will be the loser! 」

「My Friends and I stayed at Cosgrove Cottage over the weekend just gone, and it was nothing short of magical. The setting is simply beautiful, right on the edge of the Forest. The marketing photos do not do it justice, you have to see it to believe it. The presentation of the actually property was immaculate and the Owners were very possibly the nicest people I have ever met. Warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The Tour of the Grounds was informative but...

The price is very good for the quality of the accommodation. The cottage is big and functional. The stairs are a little steep and narrow but they lead to two beautiful bedrooms, one of which is en suite. I needed to stay one extra night and the owner did everything to facilitate my change of plans. I...

「This home was beautiful, clean, and everything our family of 3 needed for our week in Ipswich. All of our communication with the property manager was clear and very quick to respond. We hope to stay here when we come back to visit family. 」

「The host of this home was very responsive. This home was just as described and look just like the pictures. Our kids enjoyed the game room in the back garden. All the local pubs were within walking distance in the water was also a nice walk. Everyone in the town is very friendly. One night we were late to town and all the pubs had closed and we had to cook in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The weather was lovely and we had take out from the nearest pub and dined outside in the garden...
