"Clean and comfortable. We were on the 1st floor, in an updated room. Very convenient location. Enjoyed the elk roaming in the field behind the hotel."

"We were welcomed with a smiley staff who let us know they have done some renovations and would love our feedback. The rooms were pretty with cabin decor, microwave and fridge along with being very clean. You can see a lot of work was done. The next area that should get TLC would be the bathrooms, although still clean they are very old, small and tight to maneuver in. We had the pleasure of seeing elk up close in the back yard as well! Thank you Mountain View Lodge for a wonderful stay!"

"Clean little cabin in town near food and drink. Not very fancy but comfortable and clean. Only drawback was the mondo dog poop landmines in the backyard (which I think was the neighbors and was cleaned up on day 2). And it appears to be on an aging septic system so sometimes the bathroom drain had a weird smell. But for the price and location a great place!"

"We enjoyed our visit while hiking in the park. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We were unable to use the hot tub as it was on a raised slab that was not wide enough to stand on to get in and out. If only I were younger!"

"Excellent all the way from the comfortable beds to the spotless clean house. Plenty of space, we weren’t able to enjoy the fire pit or hot tub because of our short visit but I would Highly recommended this little Gem. Close to town and we saw Elk grazing in the grass in front of this house we rented!!"
