“Great facility, great staff, great room!!”

“The young lady at check-in was lovely - sweet, and then very apologetic when my kid found glass in the pool. The room, aside from the faint stain on the ceiling/humid closet that smelled like mildew, and the carpet that felt like too much soap was used during carpet cleaning, was fine enough. Bed was comfy. The water pressure was intense: finding a setting on the shower head that didn’t feel like I was being sand blasted was tricky, so kids got baths. I’m not one to complain, but once I noticed……

“This is our third year staying here while visiting friends. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Big shout out to Manager Nicole, Sonny and all the friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Thank you!”

“This is a great place for a family reunion or vacation. We went in July and there used to be a lot fur everyone to do and enjoy. Spa is also very nice.”

“It is always a pleasure to stay here. The front desk staff is wonderful. The accomodations are great. The beds are comfy!”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“We've had a terrible stay. We were there for the 4th of July. Well first it took them hour - hour and a half to check us in. They have 2 locations, we booked the one with the pool but they tried to put us in a lodge on the other side of the property. When we finally got the room, it was a nice room, close to the pool but in order to get there you have to pass through the indoor pool and also the automatic door to get into the hotel on the side of the proprety where the room was didn't work so.”

“Booked a Dover Loft at Expedia but was given a downgraded Belle Loft at check in, claiming the room assigned for me had Maintenance issues. My guess was the hotel was overbooked for that kind of room(?). Hotel offered to waive resort fee and late check out.”

“Room was clean but dated. All rooms are in a row with outside access. This can be nice but it also means you are sharing the same space with anyone else that goes outside. Bathrooms are clean and functional but showing their age. Lighting in the bathroom is dim. Pools both outside and inside appear nice. Bar has nice outdoor seating overlooking the water. If this is where you want to be, it's going to cost you as the price is elevated for what it truly offers.”
