Here’s a polished version of your review: “We had an incredible five-night stay at ‘Mount Iron Edge’ with stunning mountain views. Every window offered an amazing view, which made the experience even more special. Although the property is a 15-minute walk from Wanaka, we didn’t mind the distance at all. It was great to have one family upstairs and the other downstairs, providing plenty of space and privacy. The property is clean, spacious, well-laid out, and equipped with everything you need for a fantastic stay in Wanaka or anywhere on the South Island. A scenic walk up Mount Iron starts directly from behind the property, offering breathtaking views along the way. We especially loved watching hang gliders land in the park just out front. We spent a day skiing at Cardrona, which was only a 20-minute drive to the base where you can catch a free shuttle to the top—no need for chains. We also had a memorable fishing afternoon at Hooked, where we enjoyed our catch hot-smoked, which was a wonderful treat. Biking around the lake and exploring Sticky Forest were other highlights of our trip. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Wanaka!”
