“This was the perfect house for us! We live in Hatteras and took our boat up to Wanchese to run some trips in late August - there was space for all of us who work on the boat and then some for our guest leaders who helped us out. The layout is spectacular and there is so much space to spread out and relax or work! The back porch was our favorite place to relax every evening when we got back from the boat - the yard is spacious and fenced in for pets! The host and property manager communicated……

“The location was beautiful wirh a private pier to fish from or simply enjoy the sunsets. There are bike paths nearby and one can easily ride to the Wright Brothers National Memorial. ”

“Our stay at the Relax Shack came during an unexpected heatwave. Having this comfy, spacious two-bedroom house allowed our 21 year old daughter, our dog, and US to spread out and chill out without getting on each others nerves.
