"This hotel was clean and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. 10/10 recommend for business travel. Although no malls were in the immediate area, Its 10mins didi from everywhere "

"The hotel is newly renovated and kept in a good condition. Smart toilets and electronic curtain. The lobby is grand. My 23months son kept saying “so tall”. There are also birds and bunnies in the hotel to keep toddler entertained. The kids club is fun but crowded during peak time. The breakfast buffet has a good selection, but it’s repeating everyday…… The hotel is conveniently located right at the exit of subway, although it’s out of town and takes quite some time to travel to everywhere. There’s a children’s park nearby and a shopping mall across the park, where you can find good selection of restaurants. Food delivery is also convenient at the hotel and robots can bring up the food. The infant cots is way too low so not easy to use. However the sofa can be nicely converted to an infant bed. The hotel is quiet. The room aircon temperature sensor seems to be problematic though. Overall is quite satisfied. "

"Incredible service from check-in to check-out. All the staff were incredibly attentive, which made our stay very enjoyable. Special bonus for the iced lemon tea service on the rooftop and the thoughtful assistance all the way to our taxi at departure. Don’t hesitate — go with your eyes closed!"
