Very frustrating and disappointing since we talked to the front desk about it, but they never resolved the problem.”

“This is the first time I stayed at a home 2 suites hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at how large the sweets were. It had everything that we needed. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. The only small complaint I had is that the pillows were horrible. They were paper thin. I don't know how these can even be called pillows. I asked them to bring up two more so that we could stack them up. The pillows that they brought up were a little bit thicker but still got flat very quickly.……

“The front desk job staff are always pleasant, welcoming and accommodating. I had an unexpected doctors appointment that was going to cut into my departure day check out time. The front desk staff heard about my dilemma and offered me a late check out so that I would not be rushed after returning to the room at 11: 30am for a 12:00 p.m. check out. “OMGosh!!! What a great surprise this place was. Right in the center of the action and a short drive to Patriots Point, the Old Village in Mount Pleasant and close enough for an affordable Uber to Charleston. So many restaurants were within walking distance and we could hear all the live music while we were swimming in the pool. This was a great place for our family (kids 10 and 13) because the area was full of college kids and young adults (who were all very respectful) but the hotel itself……

“Don't stay here, we had issues with Wifi in the room the entire time, were told every day and night that it would be fixed soon, it never was. They could have moved us to a room with better Wifi but did not give us that option. Also there seemed to be zero communication of the issue from shift to shift, so every time we brought up the issue it was a surprise to the next person and we had to start the process over again. Manager also never responded to us to make it right. Very unfortunate so I……
