「The Carriage House was as represented on VRBO. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Very nice deck for morning coffee, yoga, meditation and large, beautiful trees surrounding the property. I felt like I had my privacy. Parking was easy. Everything was thought of - from coffee making to hot plate, well equipped kitchen, easy wi-fi access, TV, even a heated bathroom floor. I will come and stay again when visiting Yakima. 」

「Needed a getaway from work and the city. Wanted to be out in nature. Fantaatic location in cherry orchard. Everything need was in ample supply. Easy location with great directions. Trailer was welcoming and inviting. Over the top was the firepit and seating. Then we found out they supply ample fire wood and starter for the firepit. Bonus the location is in Zillah wine area.」

「We did a quick group trip to do some wine and beer tasting in Yakima, and this place was perfect for our group of 6. The location is a little outside of town but easy to get around, and not far from the wineries around Zillah. House was also well equipped to make meals, and super clean and inviting. Would definitely stay again!」

「We loved this property. The owners have completely overhauled the older home by finishing the basement with three bedrooms, a den, and a bathroom/laundry. The main floor has a large master bedroom with a huge closet/dressing room, and en-suite bathroom-with the largest shower I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. The kitchen and eating area were plenty large for our group of nine to cook and eat while trying to keep our teenagers fed! We would gladly rent again for our next lazy river inner tube...

「It was a relaxing and cheery setting. My sister enjoyed the fire place and WY five, TV being in the living room. Enjoyed having two full and 1/2 bathrooms We liked being able to have up to 6 guests with no extra charge Our 3 nephews and niece in law were able to stay with us for 2 nights」
