“The only pro is its location, right at the harborfront area with numerous restaurant/ bars nearby. The quality of this hotel is really well below standard. This hotel is always crowded, so if you booked more than 1 room, do not expect the rooms will be nearby or even on the same floor even you have requested in your reservation. The front desk staff will simply tell you they can do nothing as they cannot ask housekeeping the availability/status of the rooms. Some frontdesk staff were really……

“Stay for 7 days, the view was perfect, but the house keeping was not good, cockroach can be seen everywhere. There was no clean up at all. Just refill only.”

“Great location in the waterfront district and the mid stay room clean was appreciated”

“This is a beautiful facility with well cared gardening. I enjoyed the stay very much. Staff members are very friendly. Hot water comes quick. The site is in walking distance to downtown and water front. Very convenient. ANZAC Centenary Memorial Garden is close by. Sunset there is very beautiful. 15-20 minutes walk to the Convention Center, the venue of the conference I attended. My room is small and without kitchen. But, sufficient for my needs. There are rooms in this facility equipped with……

“Executive lounge was fantastic”

“The suite itself was acceptable; however, several issues significantly affected our stay. Although a parking address was provided, it was not clearly stated that there is no on-site parking and that the car park is located approximately 100 metres away. As I had a sprained foot and multiple pieces of luggage, this was very inconvenient. If it had been clearly stated that parking is off-site, I would have reconsidered booking. The car park also does not allow in-and-out access. Each exit……

“Convenient location yet not noisy. Overall upkeep of the hotel is good. Bathroom facility a bit basic and not what one would expect for a 4 star hotel.”

“地理位置極佳，生活便利，賣場及shopping makk就在附近，旅遊服務中心走路3-5分鐘路程。飯店人員服務態度很好。免費茶包有5種，好喝，也有咖啡包。”

“Close to every think.”

“The hotel is centrally located and convenient to get to the main street. The room is not spacious, but still it is enough. The facilities are a bit not modern, say limited electronic plugs, but still we were satisfied with it. Moreover, the wifi facility should be further improved as the hotel just allowed one person to access to wifi but not all.”

“Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking and doors slamming in the hallway around 2-3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. I could also hear footsteps and movement from the room above. If you're a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Everything else is fine.”

“Kevin at reception was a blast. Made us feel right at home with a quote from Monty Python’s Holy Grail. Supermarkets and nightlife around. On-site car parking made moving around Darwin with a rental so easy.”

“Staff is very nice. And the location is quite good”

“staff are nice and helper. view of the hotel room is wonderful.”

“quite good!”
