"We stayed in The Chapel Room, which was beautiful, so unique - with stunning stained glass windows, very spacious, gorgeous decor/furnishings and a super comfortable, large bed. The hospitality/housekeeping staff are all extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious and served by a smiling, friendly and helpful team - we always receive excellent customer service, thank you. The breakfast room/restaurant and resident's lounge are lovely to relax in too. "
"This is a lovely hotel. We had a room in the Pole Barn which had its own outside seating. The seating here could do with being a wee bit more comfortable, but it was a nice touch. The room was small but very well-designed - controllable temp and lighting, a fridge and a great bathroom. The restaurant was lovely - big, airy and stylish. The food was excellent adn the main bonus was the staff -friendly and helpful without fail."

"The room was great, clean, tidy and lots of space and the value, I thought, was excellent.
Checkin was a little slow, felt more like a pub with a side hotel. It felt the barmaid was busy with customers, taking priority over hotel guests. That said, everything else was as good as could have been expected."
"Bertrams is a lovely place to stay in Warkworth. The rooms are very comfortable with everything you need. The staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
We stayed in a dog friendly room which was at the front facing the road. The room was really hot due to the great weather but we were unable to have the window open during the night because of the noise from the busy road. We did however have a freestanding fan which was excellent and very much appreciated.
Breakfasts are excellent and cooked fresh. Portions are huge!
Would highly recommend staying at Bertram’s."

"The most wonderful property in a gorgeous area.The hosts were very helpful & friendly.Lovely walks, to the beach, along the river & to Amble. Loved the fact we could just park the car up & didn’t have to rely on it to get to places."
"The apartment itself is absolutely amazing, everything you need & so clean. The view over the Marina is lovely & plenty of green space for a dog to run !! However...the back alley shared entrance isn't mentioned & the alley is quite dark at night especially if you were returning on your own. Amble is lovely but some parts are very run down.Overall we had a lovely stay , the apartment is lovely & the hosts couldn't have been more helpful. Maybe something could be done with the back alley & entrance, but that isn't just down to the hosts at all . "
