"While the hotel is very old and needs updated, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast was hot, well still led and attendant was very attentive."

Downtown Condo in the heart of South Haven...walk everywhere, even to the beach!

"The condo was fantastic!!! We arrived on Sunday, parked the car and didn't get back into it until this morning when we left!! Everything is within walking distance and just wonderful!! We will be back!!"

"Historic Building, beautiful hardwood flooring and decor. Feels like your staying at a friends house, instead pf a hotel. Staff is SO nice and helpful. They treated you like family. They offer you a free breakfast from scratch, no buffet and they have it ready for you at the time you designate. It's amazing! On top of that if you are an amenities person, they a free Happy Hour where they off free local beer on tap and local wines along with a charcuterie board your mom would be proud of. All for free! Not to mention, it's super safe and you can even leave your hotel room unlocked, if you so desired and you would still be fine. Your stuff would still be there, and not a single person would bother you. On the top of that, you are directly across from many shops and restaurants. This is the perfect location!! Please go there as I don't.I will be going back as soon as I can. This place is placed was phenomenal! 100 out of 10 stars."

Newly Remodeled Apartment in Downtown South Haven

"This apartment was in a perfect location, where you could walk to everything. The bed was as comfortable as our sleep number bed at home! The shower was huge and had fantastic water pressure. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only things that would make it perfect would be to have a floor lamp in the living room and a lamp in the smaller bedroom…..I don’t care for overhead lighting when trying to read or watch tv. We appreciated having some fans since it was so hot (it is air conditioned). The views out the huge windows were nice. We would stay here again."

"The condo was fine/ arriving to the condo waited 2 hrs to get in could not get in touch with contact person, to explain how to enter the bldg. finally the agent called, said she was going to bring passes for parking the next day never came. So no I didn't have a pleasant stay."

"Did not have a "great" stay as is suggested by VRBO, but it was good. Rental management company (Shores) did not tell me the unit # in any of their check in instructions and there were 5 units? The after hours phone number connected me to a person who knew nothing. In addition, there were absolutely no instructions other than the amount of allowed toilet paper and Kleenex you would be given, and instructions to empty the trash, run the dishwasher and get out promptly at check out. I received a text the next day after arrival and shared all of this with them and got no response. I later called and did speak to someone, and shared all of this, who asked me if I received an email about the unit. I said I did and none of the specifics about the unit were included. I was hombard d with emails about my rental prior to arrival and there were no home instructions or unit # included. Rep said there was some new system and blah blah blah. Unit was nice but totally on my own to figure things out. Upstairs visitors could be heard clomping around at all times of day/night because of thin walls and ceilings. Fortunately they were only there for a few days. Had this been constant I would have had a hard time sleeping upstairs, but since it was the slow season there weren't many people around. I would never stay here in summer when it's busy as it would be impossible to sleep."
