The communication was a little spoty, as the hosts do not use the VRBO messaging platform, but they did respond via text message or email, just took a bit longer. Check-in and check-out were simple and made both processes easy. The location was convenient for us, as we were planning several different things in various areas around Cincinnati and across the river in Newport. "The house was roomy and in a convenient location for our stay. Close to the highway and easy access to the local towns. Only complaint was there were minimal towels available and 1/2 bath had paper towel dispenser instead of towel bar for a hand towel, which was not the best to dry my face after nighttime washing. The thermostat automatically changed back to 63 every night, so had to keep an eye on that as it was quite chilly when we were there."

"Property manager cancelled the reservation after we were already on the way saying it was due to plumbing issues. However, we arrived to find someone else staying there. Property manager said she would "try" to get Vrbo to refund all money paid, but I have seen no evidence to support that."
