"The Good: Breakfast was tasty with a solid variety, including fresh options for making breakfast sandwiches. Reasonable Pet Fee. The Bad: Staff were not friendly—more indifferent than rude—and often unavailable. I waited 15 minutes at the front desk just to check out. I requested a handicap-accessible room with no stairs but was placed on the second floor. The only elevator was on the opposite side of the building, with no nearby handicap parking. The TV didn’t work and had to be rewired by staff. Trash barrels near the entrance doors were overflowing, and there was a constant smell of alcohol, marijuana, and vaping in the area. The Ugly: The toilet ran constantly unless manually adjusted—something housekeeping should have caught, especially since the room didn’t feel clean. A smoke detector directly above the bed flashed a bright light every few minutes, repeatedly waking us. The dog relief area was filthy, with waste scattered throughout and no visible maintenance. Worst of all, constant plumbing noise. Water ran frequently during the day, then nonstop starting at 4:20 a.m. for over an hour—sleep was impossible. Checked out and won’t be back."

"This is a very poorly run and unkempt property. As soon as I checked into the room, I checked back out and found another place to stay. It smells of smoke, the facilities and amenities (pool, etc.) are run down. In addition, it is located at the end of a road with very few street lights, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe both physically but also for the likelihood of car theft. In addition, there are no restaurants, gas stations or activities located near this property. I would highly suggest not staying at this property."

"The hotel has 3 guest elevators and 1 service elevator designated for staff only. During my stay, 2 of the guest elevators were out of service, leaving only 1 operational guest elevator and the service elevator temporarily available for guest use. This information was not communicated prior to check-in. Waiting up to 20 minutes just to get on an elevator is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this size. To make matters worse, the one remaining guest elevator eventually became inoperable as well. Guests were stuck inside and had to pry the doors open to get out. This created a very frustrating and concerning experience for everyone staying at the hotel. Proper communication and maintenance of essential amenities like elevators should be a priority."
