Recently renovated modern, bright family home that can sleep a total of 8 Guests.
Large downstairs with an open plan living area, within easy walking distance of the historic town of Warwick and the wider Warwickshire region.
The space
The downstairs features a large open plan kitchen / dining / living area stretching out to an enclosed garden area with bifold doors.
This is a three storey townhouse, so guests must be able to climb stairs.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms (2 x King Beds & 2 x Single Beds) there is also the option to use a sofa bed that is located on the 2nd floor.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the whole property during their stay.
Other things to note
Two allocated parking spaces directly outside the back of the property.
The kitchen has a boiling water tap, this is constantly ready and works by twisting the tap on the left away from you towards the wall. This takes about 5 seconds to be ready to use for boiling hot water.
White bin for food waste & Metal bin for general waste. Food waste bin is collected weekly. Recycling every other week. The main rubbish bin is collected once every 3 weeks.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
